In our Wedding cake range we offer an unrivalled range of flavours and fillings that allow you to customise the taste of the cake as well as the design.

Vanilla sponge - our delicious vanilla sponge can be filled with any of the following mouth-watering options:-

Strawberry jam and vanilla filling cream
Tangy lemon curd and vanilla filling cream
Tia Maria and coffee filling cream

Chocolate sponge - complement our rich dark chocolate sponge with any of the fillings listed below:

Carrot cake - Our moist carrot cake is prepared using our own unique recipe and is packed with vine fruits, nuts, carrots and spices.

Traditional rich fruit cake - Before baking the sultanas and raisins are soaked in sherry. The flavour is then further enhanced by a soaking in brandy before the cake is decorated. The result is an exceptionally well-matured moist cake.
